Sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, venue requirements, insurance requirements, event rules, and any separate written agreement entered into with Coffee & Camshafts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sponsor fees, exhibitor fees, vendor fees, activation commitments, and related payments are non-refundable once committed.
Coffee & Camshafts reserves the right to deny, remove, or limit any sponsor, vendor, exhibitor, activation, display, or promotional activity that we determine is unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the event or brand.
Coffee & Camshafts merchandise may be offered for sale at events and, in the future, through our website or other online channels.
